I took a few minutes today to look at a few group posting areas on Facebook and I was amazed.

Here is a sampling:

And there were a ton more.

Here’s my point – we all get sucked in by hot copy writers and hype – I was guilty of this too.

But where will these business opportunities be in a year or two?

97% die in 1 to 7 years – some within weeks or months.

Now if you are hooked on Fast Cash and Hot Opportunities because you are making money – is this really what you want to do for the rest of your life?

Do you really want to keep hopping from one hyped up business opportunity to another – or push a number of these all at the same time?

Does Your Current Opportunity Have A Verifiable Track Record?

This seems like a very boring subject for a blog – that is until your current opportunity falls apart and you are left with nothing.

Hate to say this but it happens all the time – I know – until I started with my current company it happened to me more times than I care to admit.

If the company you are currently with does not have a solid long term track record of growth you could be in for a surprise a few months or years down the line.

97% of the businesses you see promoted online today will not be around in 1 to 7 years – that’s a sad fact.

Recently I’ve seen a number of cycler and matrix programs that people were really hot about crash and burn in a matter of months.

Hundreds, possibly thousands of people who were sucked into these HOT movers lost untold amounts of money when they stalled.

The people behind these programs often have one to three more in the wings just waiting for the right time to spring it on the next batch of unsuspecting network marketers.

Do some people make money at these gimmicks? Sure – but only the creators and a few people who get in at the beginning and ride the wave to the next pre-launch and so on and so on.

My best advice for you is to get out while you can and look for a REAL company – one that’s been around say for 25 years – one that is nearing a billion dollars in sales in 2011 – one that is not a lot of flash and hype – one that is solid – one where you can build the last business you’ll ever need to build.

You need a plan to find success.

Wanting success isn't sufficient enough to get it. You've got to ask yourself, "What are you going to do to get the things you want."

Your problem is to bridge the gap which exists between where you are now and the goal you intend to reach.

You cannot fail with a definite step by step plan, because each step you take will carry you along to the next step, like a track.

All you need is the plan, the road map, and the courage to press on to your destination.
